Introduction

The Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) has given the responsibility to Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) as an entity that can realize efforts for the collection and digitization of Islamic manuscripts. This effort is significant and relevant to UniSZA as a university focused on Islamic studies that follows the latest technological developments in the process of becoming the leading digital manuscript reference center in the country and the world. Conducting research and procurement of manuscripts in and Madrasah Al-Ahmadiah Al-Islamiah, Narathiwat, Thailand and surrounding areas.
