Manuscript Digitization Project of Malay Scholars in Saudi Arabia led by Associate Professor Dr. Jamalludin bin Hashim together with nine researchers from the Islamic Malay Product and Civilization Research Institute (INSPIRE), the Faculty of Contemporary Islamic Studies (FKI) and the Faculty of Informatics and Computing (FIK) have conducted searches and research for the acquisition of manuscripts of Malay Scholars in Saudi Arabia. The acquisition of manuscripts has been detected in several places including Maktabah Al-Malik Fahd Al-Wataniyyah (Riyadh), Maktabah Al-Haram Al-Makkiy (Makkah), Maktabah Jami'ah Umm Al-Qura (Makkah), Maktabah l-Malik 'Abd Al -Aziz (Jeddah) and Private collections around the city of Jeddah.
