Naskhah ini sebenarnya ialah manuskrip kitab Fathul Qarib Al-Mujib fi Syarhi Alfazh Al-Taqrib atau Al-Qawl Al-Mukhtar fi Syarh Ghayatil Ikhtishar yang merupakan karya al-Syeikh Syams al-Din Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Qasim al-Syafi’i.
Hal ini dinyatakan di dalam matan manuskrip kitab ini.
Naskhah manuskrip ini bukan hanya mengandungi perbincangan tentang faraid dan wasiat seperti tajuk yang tercatat.
